As Worship Leader at Clearwater, Jeremy Smith coordinates the various aspects of the Worship Ministry each week, including the worship band, vocalists, and the media team.  His desire for the C3 Worship Ministry is to serve the Lord not only as a team of Worship Leaders, but as Lead Worshippers.  “If the focus is not on Christ, we’re just making noise.”

Jeremy is proficient at playing several instruments: piano, keyboard, guitar and bass guitar as well as field percussion and trombone.  He is also a trained vocalist with experience in a wide variety of genres.

Jeremy received a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Texas Wesleyan University where he studied classical vocal performance.  He is currently pursuing a Master of Music in Jazz Vocal Studies at the University of North Texas where he is a member of the UNT Jazz Singers.  In addition to his ministry at C3, Jeremy also teaches voice lessons in both local ISDs as well as a private studio.

The Worship Ministry of C3 seeks to encourage and inspire believers of all ages to worship and praise the Lord.  The worship style at C3 is contemporary as we seek to use the music of today to reach the people of today.

In all we do at Clearwater, we strive for excellence in both “the state of the art” and “the state of the heart.”  Musicianship and Discipleship are combined to prepare believers for presenting praise and worship to the Lord.
